3. Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount on the tk69 platform is ৳500 (five hundred taka) and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500 (five hundred taka). This applies to all payment methods.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New players will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; a deposit of ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳24,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
A 25x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. This means you must wager a total amount equal to the bonus multiplied by 25 before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to others.
- A player may benefit from any given promotion only once.
- Any attempt to use a bonus fraudulently will result in the bonus and associated winnings being cancelled.
- tk69 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

5. VIP Program and Loyalty Rewards
5.1 VIP Levels
The tk69 VIP program has five levels. The weekly cashback benefit differs at each level:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Diamond — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
5.2 Level Progression
Your VIP level gradually advances based on regular gaming activity and active participation on the platform. More benefits become available at each level.
5.3 Cashback Eligibility

6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk69 platform:
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system or attempting to gain benefits fraudulently.
- Using any software, bots, automation tools or artificial intelligence to gain an advantage in games or betting.
- Using the platform for money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Conducting transactions through third-party accounts.
- Attempting to interfere with the platform's security or operations.
- Behaving rudely or in a harassing manner toward other players or tk69 staff.
If any user is found engaged in the above activities, tk69 reserves the right to permanently close the associated account and forfeit all funds. The relevant authorities may also be notified if necessary.
7. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the tk69 platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, databases — is the intellectual property of tk69 or its licensors. Copying, reproducing, distributing or commercially using these materials without prior written permission from tk69 is strictly prohibited.
